CHEF MEGAN LAMBERT, MS, RD

Chef Lambert teaches nutrition and pastry classes at Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte Campus.  She has a strong interest in teaching children about cooking and eating healthy food and how to grow their own gardens.   She supports the local food system in Charlotte as an avid volunteer, educator, writer, and food entrepreneur. She is co-owner of Garnet Gals, Local Jams and Jellies.
