When it comes to butchering, Jason’s name will most likely be part of that conversation, being he is the most preeminent butcher today. With having spent most of his life butchering wild game, it’s know wonder the U.S. Army Special Forces sought him out to develop and design programs specifically tailored for the needs of soldiers while deployed around the world.  Jason brings his passion to the world of butchering through education and changing the way we look at butchery. Jason travels around the country advocating whole animal butchery and the importance of knowing where the meats you consume come from.01 at The Lazy Goat as Executive Chef, Chef Musolf was the Executive Chef of Talisker Club located in Park City, Utah.
